Ms. SHARADA:
CEO A graduate in psychology with over 12 years of Operation Management experience, Sharada specializes in creating road maps for growing business ventures. As Jobzebra’s founder director and CEO, Sharada envisions an exponential growth for Jobzebra in Human Resource Management by way of providing outsourced services to national and international clients. Her enthusiasm and drive to achieve trickles down the ladder to the entire Jobzebra family, we share her vision, her hard work, her sleepless nights and her joyous celebrations of being successful. Mr. VENUGOPAL: Consultant Mr. A. Venugopal, has been Job Zebra’s HR consultant since inception. Additionally, we seek his advice on business issues & trends. He brings with him varied experience in the relevant areas. A post graduate in Social Sciences, Personnel Management and Law, he has served erstwhile Brooke Bond India and now Hindustan Unilever Limited for over two and a half decades in various HRM positions. Apart from holding responsibility for the Employee Relations of HUL’s Southern Region Mr. Venugopal served as Head - Personnel & Legal in HUL’s Plantations Division. Mr. Venugopal, as our HR consultant & Advisory member, continues to contribute substantially in shaping Job Zebra’s business policies and corporate values and he serves as a point of reference on any complex HR related matters. Ms. LALITHA: General Manager - Operations A Computer Science graduate with a post graduate qualification in Entrepreneurship, Lalitha has, over the past decade, developed specialization in Business Operations. She has earlier handled Branch Operations for the Bangalore office of Kotak Securites & later worked on various Recruitment, Operations & Consulting assignments outside India. She is passionate about Start-ups & Business process implementation that directly translates to better business results. As General Manager - Operations at Jobzebra, she holds the responsibility of driving Jobzebra’s growth & entry into newer markets.
